SKY Teens II

In-person

Advanced

The next step after SKY Teens.

Silence, service, and self-examination.

What makes this program unique
The techniques go deeper and the questions get harder.

This program challenges your teenager to look inward, confront what holds them back, and expand their sense of what's possible.

Silence is part of the process.

Your teenager is guided through structured silence and introspection. Most teens have never experienced genuine stillness.

The program includes an actual community service project.

Teens go out, contribute, and experience firsthand what it feels like to be useful to something bigger than themselves.

It builds the person, not just the skill set.

Leadership here is about self-awareness, empathy, self-control, and the willingness to compete with yourself instead of against others.

Who this program is for
Your teenager did ‘Breathwork for Teens’ and is ready for more.

They benefited from the foundation and want to go deeper. Or they've been practising and have hit a ceiling they can't push past on their own.

They're at an age where the stakes are getting real.

Academic pressure, university decisions, identity questions, social complexity. These years demand more depth, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

They're capable but playing small.

Self-doubt, fear of failure, or comfort zones are keeping them from stretching. This program is designed to surface those barriers and give them a way through.

They need something beyond academics and enrichment.

This program works on the parts of your teenager that determine who they become, not just what they achieve.

They're ready to start contributing.

The service component is baked into the program. It’s not optional. The experience of giving back is often the most powerful part.

What your teenager will learn
How to sit with themselves

Your teenager learns to be still without distraction. What comes up in that stillness, fears, doubts, dreams, becomes material for growth.

How to identify what's holding them back

Self-examination is a core part of the program. Your teenager is guided to recognise the specific beliefs, habits, and patterns that limit them.

How to push past comfort zones

The program deliberately stretches boundaries. Your teenager is challenged in a safe, supportive environment to do things they wouldn't normally attempt.

How to lead through empathy, not authority

Group discussions, peer sharing, and service teach your teenager that leadership starts with listening, understanding, and taking responsibility.

How to serve and why it matters

The experience of contributing to something beyond themselves often unlocks a sense of purpose and joy that no classroom exercise replicates.

This program includes
Advanced breathwork and meditation
Building on the techniques from Breathwork for Teens. Deeper practices and longer meditation.

Group discussions and peer sharing
Teens voice their struggles, fears, and ideas openly. They listen to peers going through similar things.

A real community service project
Teens go out and serve. The experience often becomes the most memorable part of the program.

Structured silence and introspection
Active inner work. Guided periods of silence adapted for the teenage mind.

Boundary-expanding activities
Exercises designed to push your teenager past their perceived limits in a safe, supportive setting.

Practical wisdom for daily life
Discussions on values, self-control, responsibility, and building a life grounded in purpose rather than comparison.
