What makes this program unique
Sudarshan Kriya™ is a guided rhythmic breathing practice taught only in The Happiness Program. It settles body and mind into a state that is steady and awake, clear and unforced.
Exclusive to The Happiness Program

Step-by-step instruction, supervised practice, and clear home guidelines.

Supported by evidence and research

Independent studies have examined outcomes in stress, sleep, and anxiety.

Who should attend
Working professionals

Back-to-back days with work notifications after hours. Burnout feels close and weekends don’t restore.

Leaders and managers

A full calendar and decision fatigue. Answering up, guiding down, with shifting priorities above and limited capacity below.

Entrepreneurs and business owners

Switching hats all day across cashflow, staff and customers. Energy drops while the mind keeps racing.

Young parents

Broken sleep from feeds and naps. Mornings come fast and patience runs thin by evening in a home that never quite settles.

Anyone stressed or stuck in their head

Small things feel big and thoughts loop on the commute, at the desk, and before sleep. Jaded and on edge, even wins don’t land.

What you’ll learn
Breath-emotion regulation

How specific breathing rhythms influence stress, mood, and energy, and how to apply them in real moments.

Attention and time use

Short practices you can insert between tasks to reduce scatter, re-orient priorities, and work with more presence.

Sustainable focus

Calm without switching off and clarity without strain, training attention so it doesn’t latch onto the negative.

Relational steadiness

Skills for pausing, resetting, and responding with more ease in difficult conversations and everyday interactions.
