  • What is taught in the Happiness Program?
    This is a simple and deeply impactful program in which the world-acclaimed Sudarshan Kriya (SKY Breath) breathing technique is taught. The other contents of the program are: yoga, guided meditations, interactive processes & practical wisdom to lead a joyful life.
  • What are the benefits of SKY Breath Meditation?
    SKY Breath Meditation has been researched in over 100 independent studies and shown significant mind and body benefits. It lowers stress levels, improves mental clarity, enhances emotional well-being, contributes to better sleep, raises energy levels, and provides a greater sense of inner peace. The physical benefits include boosting immunity, heart health, and more.
  • Who can attend this program?
    Anyone who is 18 years of age and above and meets the required health criteria.
  • What is the duration of the program?

  • What if I have registered for a program and unable to attend it?
    In case of any exigency due of which you are unable to attend the program, please let the teacher/contact mentioned for the program, who will help transfer your registration to a future program. This is possible if you have not attended any of the sessions.
  • Is there any support provided after the completion of the program?
    Yes, there is the support of weekly group practice to help you sustain the practice of SKY Breath. You can pick your preferred venue, day and time from the options here: https://www.artofliving.sg/long-kriya-followup
  • Can I repeat the Happiness Program if I have attended it once earlier?
    Yes, you are welcome to repeat the Program if you would like to. You can avail the discounted fee for repeaters. Please get in touch with the Teacher/Contact person mentioned for the program.
  • How is SKY Happiness different from the Happiness Program?
    Both programs teach the SKY breath meditation technique. However, SKY Happiness is specially designed for University Students and Young Professionals (18 ~ 30 years old) and their concerns.
