What is Marma Therapy?

Marma Therapy is a powerful Ayurvedic healing practice that works on 107 vital energy points in the body known as “Marma points.”

These points are junctions of:

Ankita Dwivedi

Ankita is a physiotherapist who graduated from SAIMS College of Physiotherapy, Indore, in 2009. She has worked across various hospitals and clinics in India.  She had a unique opportunity to set up the Physiotherapy department at CHL Apollo Hospital and also establish a state-of-the-art Physiotherapy Centre for the Ramakrishna Mission in Ujjain. A lifelong learner, Ankita has continually advanced her expertise through professional certifications in Musculoskeletal therapy, a Diploma in Acupressure, and related specialisations. 
Ankita is a certified 200-hour Yoga teacher, trained at the Art of Living Centre in Bangalore. Through the Department of Panchakarma, she further expanded her skill set by studying Marma Chikitsa: A profound, touch-based practice that works with the body’s vital energy points to promote balance, healing, and vitality. Through Marma therapy, Ankita has found her calling. She goes beyond addressing physical pain and ailments, working holistically to restore balance through the body’s energy centres.

Raja brings 30 years of experience as a professional pilot and aircraft trainer together with three decades of dedicated meditation practice and two decades teaching happiness and stress management with The Art of Living. He is a certified sports therapist and Marma therapist trained in holistic Ayurveda. Raja applies precise Marma-point techniques and tailored therapeutic approaches to help clients dissolve muscular and emotional tension, calm the nervous system, and restore vitality.
