Most yoga classes focus on postures. This program includes Pranayama, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, and practical yogic wisdom alongside the physical practice.

No mirrors, no pressure to keep up.

You work at your own edge. The environment is deliberately non-judgmental. You stretch without pain, push without competing.

You leave with your own practice.

The goal isn't to keep attending classes forever. It's to give you the tools and confidence to practise independently.

Taught by certified 'Sri Sri School of Yoga' facilitators.

These are facilitators trained specifically in this tradition, with depth of knowledge in all four dimensions of the practice.

What you’ll learn
How to practise yoga postures correctly for your body

Not someone else's body. You learn to find your own comfortable edge of stretch and strength. Build strength, flexibility, and stability at your own pace.

How to use your breath as a tool

Pranayama techniques that calm the nervous system, increase energy, and reduce stress. You'll notice the difference in how you feel within the first few sessions.

How to rest deeply

Guided meditation and Yoga Nidra that quiet the mind and restore the body. This is the part most yoga classes skip, and it's often the part people need most.

How your mind and body are connected

Practical yogic wisdom on how your thoughts, habits, food, and breath all affect each other.

A complete home practice

By session eight, you have your own yoga sequence and the confidence to do it on your own.

This program includes
8 live sessions with a certified instructor

Guided in real time. Small group setting with demos, corrections, and Q&A built in. Available in-person or online.

A complete yoga practice

Postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), guided meditation, and Yoga Nidra. All four dimensions taught progressively across the eight sessions.

Practical yogic wisdom

Insights into the mind-body connection. Not theory. Things you can apply to how you eat, sleep, breathe, and manage stress.

A home practice sequence

Your own yoga routine to continue independently after the program.

Things to know
Level

Beginner to intermediate. No prior yoga experience needed.

14 years and above.

What to bring

A yoga mat and comfortable clothing. For online sessions, enough space to lie down and move freely.

Rescheduling

Inform your instructor at least 3 hours before a session. Missed sessions can be rescheduled.

Format

8 fixed sessions. Available in-person or online.

No prerequisite

Open to everyone.

Medical fitness

Ensure you are fit to participate. Let your instructor know of any conditions or injuries.
