The core of this program. A guided rhythmic breathing practice that settles the mind into a state that is steady and awake, clear and unforced.
It works through your breath, not your willpower.

You don't need to concentrate, visualise, or control your thoughts. The breathing patterns do the work.

The benefits show up quickly.

Reduced cortisol, improved sleep, lower anxiety. The effects are cumulative. The longer you practise, the stronger they get.

You don't have to sustain it alone.

Follow-up sessions for the full guided practice across Singapore, with at least one happening every day and more on weekends.

How to meditate without struggling

Sudarshan Kriya draws you into meditation naturally. No fighting your thoughts. No wondering if you're doing it right. The breath does the work.

How your mind actually works

Patterns of the mind: why you react the way you do, what triggers frustration and impatience, and how to stop accumulating stress in the first place.

How to manage your emotions through your breath

Every emotion has a corresponding breath pattern. You'll learn to shift each one. Including a breathing exercise called "yogic coffee" for instant energy and focus.

This program includes
Guided breathwork and meditation
Each technique targets a different state. By the end, you know how to do all of them on your own.
Light yoga
Simple poses for flexibility and grounding. A way to prepare the body for breathwork.
Interactive exercises and discussions
On the nature of the mind. How to stop accumulating stress, not just release it. Experiential, not lecture-based.
A complete home practice
20-30 minutes of breathing, yoga, and meditation. Your daily routine after the program.
Things to know
Age requirement

18 and above.

Activity level

Gentle movement and seated practices.

What to bring

Water bottle, notebook, pen. Yoga mats will be provided. Bring your own mat if you prefer.

Rescheduling

If you can't attend your registered dates, you can transfer to a future session.

No prerequisite

No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or breathwork needed.

What to wear

Loose, comfortable clothing for light yoga and sitting.

Attendance

Attend all days to complete the program. Each session builds on the last.
